Yesterday I've found a podcast of a native german who's living in Japan since 8 years. It's named Podkost and the guy is called Kilian. He's reporting about many cultural and social topics. So this is a must have for everyone who has a fable for japanese culture.

I've found a really amazing video of Takemusu Aikido Founder Morihiro Saito Sensei showing the 31 Jo movements. The clip is located at Youtube, has a great visual quality and an annoying french dolmetcher.
